NF Fit Club : Calisthenics with Jap - Sub

A signature calisthenics class designed for beginner to intermediate levels. The program focuses on mastering calisthenics fundamentals such as pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and squats. Students will progressively increase reps and explore advanced skills as they build strength and confidence.
