Brian Abano

Brian began his formal dance training in 2015 as a scholar at Ballet Philippines Dance School (BPDS) under the guidance of School Director Ruby Lee Valente-Gomez. In 2016, he was promoted to Company scholar and BP2 company member of Ballet Philippines, and participated in company productions from 2016 to 2018.

He performed in the CCP Choreographers Series (2017-2018) under the mentorship of Myra Beltran and Denisa Reyes. Transitioning to freelance work in 2018, he joined Philippine Ballet Theater as a guest artist (2018-2019) and became a company scholar at Airdance PH in 2019.

He joined Hiraya Contemporary Dance Company , as a company artist in 2019 and actively participating in both national and international dance competitions. He is currently a Company Member of Daloy Dance Company, continuing to contribute to the Philippine dance scene through performance and choreography.
